Movement has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up as a dancer, I built such a strong connection to movement early on, which eventually led me to teaching group fitness during university.

Over the past 10 years in the fitness industry, one of the most rewarding parts of my career has been watching people grow in confidence, build resilience, and feel stronger both physically and mentally through movement.

Variety has always been the foundation of my own fitness journey. Mixing different styles of training is what makes me feel my strongest, most balanced, and most energized. Alongside movement, I’ve always valued a colourful, nutrient dense approach to nutrition that supports both performance and overall well being.

I believe wellness looks different for everyone, and there’s no one size fits all approach. Whether it’s through the classes I teach, training, or nutrition, I always come back to balance. My goal is to help people move in a way that feels good for them, build sustainable habits, and feel like the strongest version of themselves.
