Movement and wellness have always been my passion. Growing up as a dancer, I developed a deep connection to the power of movement, which led me to teach group fitness during my early university years.

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of seeing people gain confidence, build mental resilience, and develop physical strength as they reach their fitness goals.

Variety in my workouts has always been the key to my fitness journey—it's how I feel my strongest and most balanced. I’ve also always prioritized a nutrient-dense, colorful diet that supports my overall well-being.

For me, wellness is a holistic journey, and I believe there’s no single path that fits everyone. Whether it’s my approach to nutrition, training, or the classes I teach, I prioritize balance. My goal is to empower each individual to move, nourish, and live in a way that helps them feel like their best self.
